One of our clients, which is a leading consulting firm with Global presence in Bangalore location is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position  Manager : Anti Money Laundering  Location: Bangalore  Duties and Responsibilities:  - To lead client engagements related to Asset Tracing, Money Laundering, Suspected violation of ethics, Regulatory investigations and Foreign corrupt practices Act.  - To play a Lead role in execution of client service and to start serving as a Trusted Business Advisor.   - To Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments with guidance from the Partner.   - To understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client’s business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.   - To demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving technique.   - To manage teams, motivate and inspire confidence in junior colleagues   - To provide real-time constructive verbal feedback to team members and facilitate timely completion of Engagement Review Forms   - To contribute to effective team work in internal engagement situation   - To work with HR on Recruitment initiatives - Contributing in meeting people plan for the Group  Education & Experience:   - Chartered Accountant (maximum 3 attempts) with 6 to 10 years of post—qualification experience in Anti Money Laundering from a Reputed Bank.  Skills:  - Strong leadership abilities  - Strong inter-personal skills,  - Business development skills   - Good acumen of client business.  - Excellent communication skills.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details.  Sheebu Dhar Datamatics Staffing Services Limited Bangalore
