Below mentioned is the JD  POSITION / JOB TITLE - Manager – Analytics  FUNCTION - Analytics Delivery  POSITION REPORTS TO - General Manager – Consulting  POSITION IS REPORTED BY - Assistant Manager, Team Leader, Sr. Executive / Executive  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES - FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:  - Develop Analytics opportunities by working closely with existing clients and new prospective clients (across both domestic and International markets).  - Work closely with clients in defining Project scope, implementation approach, resource requirements, costing and deliverables on Analytics assignments.   - Manage delivery (onsite and offsite) for Analytics assignments.   Information Security  General Security Responsibilities:  - Adhering to Information Security Policies and Procedures of XYZ  - Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policies and Procedures  Specific Security Responsibilities:  - Ensure reportees comply with the security policy and procedure of XYZ  - Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents  - Ensure the audit non-compliances are fixed within the stipulated timelines  - Protect information entrusted to you   - Follow the information labeling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset.  - Follow the Clear Screen and Clear Desk Policy.  - Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy.   - Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement.  TEAM / PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:  Manage team expectations, growth and team communication.  - Build effective vertical and horizontal communication channels  CLIENT SPECIFIC / ORIENTED:  - Managing Client expectations and building strong relationships.  - Manage & Follow up on issues that affect customer satisfaction  - Interact with clients to understand their requirements and deliver the same effectively  OCCASIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:	  Adherence to norms specified by COPC certification and ISO 27001 specifications  QUALIFICATION (Education) - Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in Statistics/Maths.   DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - Minimum 4 years  DESIRED INDUSTRY EXPOSURE - Prior experience in service industry  DESIRED ROLE EXPOSURE - Experience of leading large teams.  MANDATORY SKILLS / PROCESS ABILITIES  SKILLS  - Hands on experience with Analytics tools R (is must), SAS & SPSS (preferred) and others  - Numerical and financial ability  - Advance Excel  PROCESS ABILITIES  - Operations Management (Data & Voice), Collection Lifecycle, Retail Products & Services  - Understanding of business profits  COMPETENCIES CRITICAL FOR THE ROLE (BEHAVIORAL):COMPETENCY  - Decision-making - Clearly defines problems.
