Manager/AM - Transfer Pricing - Big4

We are looking to a hire few candidates in Transfer Pricing domain.

Location: Mumbai.

Open Positions:

- Manager - Tax (FS), Mumbai (Good Corporate tax candidates for FS Tax Vertical) {Exp: Min. 6-8 yrs plus post qualification}

- Manager - Tax (IMCM), Mumbai (Good Corporate tax candidates for the Industry Markets/Consumer Markets Vertical) {Exp: Min. 6-8 yrs plus post qualification}

- Manager - Transfer Pricing, Mumbai. {Exp: Min. 6-8 yrs plus post qualification}

- Manager - Transfer Pricing, Mumbai. {Exp: Min. 4-6 yrs plus post qualification}

Note: Candidates with prior experience in BIG4/ Accounting Firms is a must.

Industry: BIG4

- This role will manage the entire engagement from planning to compliance to managing of controversy projects with respect to the clients.

Main Priorities:

- Responding to client requirements within the stipulated period of time.

- Supervising the execution of the job.

- Involving with critical client situations (like uphold adjustments or when tax demands are raised.)

- Support the team to help clients of other partners with compliance issues.

- Clients acceptance of planning ideas.

- Timely execution of compliance.

- Timely representation to the revenue authorities.

- Answering the questions of revenue authorities.

- Successfully defending the clients on adjustments.

- Successfully satisfying timely responsiveness to clients queries.

- Carrying out effective use of databases

- To get involved at the various levels of the job (marketing, selling & application level).

Responsibilities:

- Develop client portfolio- Creating / managing independent relationships with clients and building broad networks within the firm.

- Proficient in Transfer Pricing legislation and should have technical knowledge of Transfer Pricing.

- Manage a team responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation studies, including delegating and reviewing work, managing each member\'s workload and mentoring and training staff

- Revenue targets including supervision of revenue targets of reporting Managers.
