We are looking for Strategic Product guy to be based out of Bangalore for a Leading PE organisation

Designation: Manager/AM- Product, Planning and Development

Qualification: MBA - HR with 3-5 years + experience in Strategic and Product development

Full time MBA (/2009/2010/2011/2012) batches (premiere institutes only)

Location: Bangalore (Bangalore based candidates are preferred )

About position

- Development of the long term and short term strategic action plan .

- Assessed new market potentials and submitted reports based on the same.

- Strategy Planning : Responsible for formulation and implementation of Strategic Plans

- Sales planning, analytics

- Market Research, analysis, surveys of emerging market. Asses, Analyse and recommend the product segments.

- Real Estate product development, market trends and customer demands.

- Provide project strategy directional support to business development team, master planners, architects and Engineering teams

- Updation: Top management, business development/land procurement team on major projects across various regions.

- Strong in designing and implementing prog., updating e-learning prog.

Knowledge and Skills required:

- Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Skills in planning, analysing, and coordinating activities and establishing priorities.

- Skills in problem solving and decision making

- Excellent in Word, Excel, Power point is a must

Candidates from real estate, IPC or consulting industry are preferred.
