Manager-Administration

- Required Candidate Strict & Strong in Administration Management.

- Responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the administrative department. Lead the admin team in their responsibilities. External Relations

- Liaison with external / government agencies

- Identify vendors and evaluate them periodically to ensure excellent service to the employees

- Negotiate and evaluate vendor quotations

- Facilities Management

- Identify and allocate work space to employees as per request from the operations team

- Maintain the facilities through excellent housekeeping

- Administration / Canteen / Transport

- Responsible for managing canteen in all the facilities

- Effectively manage the transportation arrangements for the employees

- Responsible for all the administrative activities like stationery, courier, printing

- Ensure all contracts and agreements with vendors are compliant to the laws governing them and also to internal policies of the organization.

- Enforce terms of contract where required even while keeping record of such non-conformances and communicating to Vendors.

- Conduct quarterly feedback sessions with customer groups

- Act as a vital link between the clients and the team and interact with clients frequently and communicate feedback to the team. Control cost through effective utilization of personnel, materials and equipment. Recognize performance and behavioral problems in team and act pro actively to ensure productivity is unhampered.

Salary range - 10-12 LPA
