Manager - Accounts - Mfg

Currently working on an opportunity for the position of Manager - Accounts in a leading Manufacturing firm.

Location - Mumbai.

Job Details:

- Plan & control the activities of CFD Accounts to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained as per requirement of applicable Accounting Standards Companies Act & other laws.

- Accountable for Internal Controls.

- Accountable for Legal Compliance including Income Tax Wealth Tax Service Tax VAT PF etc.

- Accountable for MIS/Reporting/Cost Control.

- Accountable for Software development compliances and updation of SOP.

- Accountable for Additional job/Assignment.

- Plan & control the activities of Retirement Fund and investment subsidiaries to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained as per act.
