Job Description:
Oversee & manage daily operations of the accounts department
Monthly review of all general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and completeness of posted transactions.
Preparation of all financial statements including cash flow statement and accounts for audit.
Ensure full implementation of Internal Financial controls IFC.
Coordinate with FP&A team for data quality and accuracy for all internal and external reporting.
Monitoring of creditors/debtors accounts, cash position, payments control etc.
Skills & Qualifications
Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree with 5+ years of post qualification experience, preferably in banking industry or BFSI.
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Knowledge of Lending, Debt Syndication, IFRS, Direct & Indirect Tax and basic understanding of GST and IFC.
Ability to prepare financial reports & statement.
Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to efficiently communicate financial results to both financially and non-financially oriented person.
