Manager - Accounts - CA - IT

Timings: 12noon- 9:30pm

Qualification: CA is a must

Experience: 6-8 years in Corporate Finance role ; 2-3 years in a leadership role

- ERP: Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) a plus

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Role:

Supervise and Manage a team and responsible for day to day Accounting including the below functions:

- Accounts Payables function for Cvent India Private Limited

- Treasury Management including Customer receipts, Vendor Payments and Inter Co Transfers

- Lead and Supervise Monthly Closure of books for Cvent India Pvt Ltd

- Review Balance Sheet accounts to maintain the overall health of the BS accounts and resolve issues, if any

- Review of month close journals and approve in Accounting Software (Microsoft Dynamics- Great Plains)

- Prepare and review Financial Statements on monthly basis

- Actual Vs Budget comparison to identify variances and prepare explanations

- Liaising with Bankers for Cvent India Operations - RBI regulations, FX Conversion, Import Payments as & when required

- Special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and other duties as assigned Review the current processes and propose changes including use of automated tools/ software’s to increase the overall team efficiency

- Lead Quarterly and Annual Audits for Cvent India (including Statutory & Tax Audit)

- Perform various financial and accounting analysis
