Job Role:  In charge of Set up of Trust and Operational :  Set up of Trust Accounts.  - Ensuring the original Trust deeds are duly signed and scanned  - PAN / TAN applied  - Bank / DP and Trading Accounts opened on time  - Initial Fee charged.  - Co-ordinating with the product/ Analytical team for Investment proposal and sending the same to the client.  - Maintaining the Master file for all Trust created with relevant details.  - Ensuring all investments are executed as per the proposal / directions received.  Accounts and Tax:  - Ensuring all O/s bills are paid on time  - Making /checking of KMTSL fee.  - Fee if any O/s to be recovered by follow up with RM/ SRM  - Ensuring TDS / Advance Tax and service tax paid on time.  - Ensuring Monthly accounts are prepared and checked on monthly basis.  - Advance tax accounts to be sent to all clients on time.  - Ensuring Payment of self-assessment tax on time.  - Filing of Income Tax returns online / offline.  - Filing of TDS Returns.  - Filing of Service Tax Returns.  - Resolving Client queries.  Job Requirements:  - CA with 3- 4 years experience/ CA inter with 5-6yrs experience of 2009-10 batch  - Managerial Skills to ensure the completion of work within time  - Good communication skills  - Proficient in Excel  Interested candidate send updated cv and mention Salary details
