Designation : Management Trainee   Reporting : Head - Risk Management & Product  Job Responsibilities :  Distribution Support :   - Manage pre-sales activities for third party distribution channel  - Interact with third party representatives for creating/ responding to RFPs, due diligence, reporting requirements etc.  - Assist third party sales managers with presentation, communication & product material  Business Intelligence :   - Gather market Intelligence on mutual fund industry, competitors and new products on an ongoing basis  - Provide performance and profitability report to senior management based on location, product, channel etc.   - Provide inputs to the product & investment team during new product development  - Identify trends and present finding/ recommendation to senior management  - Work closely with the sales and investment team for insights on the market and channel partners  - Keep abreast with regulatory changes in the business environment  - Create and circulate a business scorecard on a quarterly basis to the organization  External Communication :   - Engage with various online mutual fund platforms and communities to ensure BOI AXA presence  - Co-ordinate with credit rating agencies and provide them with relevant information to evaluate our funds  Qualification & Skill Set :  - Post Graduate in Business Administration from a reputed institute with specialization in Finance  - 0-1 year work experience  - Understanding of the financial markets in India  - Flair for research and data analysis  - Excellent computer skills - Especially Excel, PowerPoint presentations Comfort learning advanced technical tools and internet savvy  - NISM Certification (preferred)  Compensation :  5 lac pa with variable pay & other benefits (as per company policy)  (Not Negotiable)  Who should apply :   - Only candidates from Tier 1 & 2 management institutes in India with specialisation in finance  - 2014 or 2015 Pass out
