- Business process re-engineering/ improvement initiatives across Life Insurance using structured methodologies

- Drive the process of Strategy Formulation, Planning & Strategy Implementation for a portfolio of business /corporate services

- Life Insurance Consulting in the areas of Optimization & Configuration, Cost Reduction, Process Improvements and Life Insurance Diagnostics.

- Provide analytical support to businesses for effective Decision Making through Life Insurance simulation & optimization, process modeling, excel formulation and modeling

- Understands consulting in a global delivery model context

- Strong Consulting selling and execution skills in Life Insurance

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Location : Chennai/ Bangalore

Experience : 8 - 12 years

Full Time MBA from premiere institute is a must
