Job Description:  1. Conceptualization and execution of all BTL activities of the region to drive footfall and holiday queries at the shop floor 	 2. Conceptualization and execution of corporate activities to drive holiday queries for the region  3. Tie-up with various retailers to drive traffic to the shop floor  4. Develop merchandise and POP for local office and affiliates  5. Provide quarterly market and competitive updates pertaining to technology trends, new products, compelling applications or adjacent market opportunities  6. Execute the visibility drive for the retail as well as B2B agents  7. Execute local marketing activities in accordance with national marketing plan  8. Share best practices, effective regional strategies and high ROI campaign approaches with the regional marketing team  Desired Profile  1. Keen understanding of the competitive environment and regional players  2. Established relationships with teaming partners and key client decision makers  3. Customer-centric, comfortable with dealing with customers at a high level  4. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong initiative and problem solving skills and an understanding of marketing role in driving sales  5. Experience managing a marketing budget
