Responsibilities: 	 - Responsible for managing the quality function for the outsourced partners, which includes process and operational excellence, six sigma, lean, transformational and corporate quality initiatives across all business units   - Strategize and build a strong quality function and create a road map for the same  - Developing process improvement and innovation strategy for business, planning and execution of projects; managing process improvement program   - Build relationships with key business leaders and other stakeholders to drive improvements within the organization as well as manage the outsourced partners  - Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them and drive performance benchmarking  - Lead, coach / mentor team of quality agents  - Provide leadership and direction to execute the projects  - Act as key change agent and facilitator  - Reviews feedback from Business channels regarding the Quality aspect of Customer Services  - Setup and refine metrics as an ongoing activity  Desired Profile:  - Minimum 8-10 years of total work experience   - Lean/Six sigma Green belt certification/ Black belt preferred from a reputed institute  - Must have led process improvement / transformation program (with at least 3-4 projects led individually)  - Proven track record of successful projects with measurable ROI in the past  - PMP certification  - Evidence of problem solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity  - Excellent oral communication and presentation skills   - Superior written communication skills
