MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Accounting or ACCA graduate / Chartered Accountants Preferred.  Personal Attributes:  - Good team player  - Strong communication skills  - Leadership quality  - Able to motivate subordinates  OTHER REQUIREMENTS:  - Knowledge of Microsoft Words and Excel  - Preferably bilingual in English/Chinese and Hindi  SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Knowledge of computerized accounting system, preferable Navision/11i  WORKING HOURS :  Monday to Friday : 9:30am - 6:30pm  Saturday : 09:30am - 02:00pm  This role will require you to head the Finance team at Singapore and would report into Country Director.  Major Responsibilities:  - Approve opening of vendors accounts and customers accounts.  - Approve changes in credit limit and credit term of customers.  - Review capital expenditure request.  - Budgeting, forecasting.  - Liaising with auditors, tax agents.  - Good understanding of Singapore local law compliance and statutory filings for GST, payroll related filings and tax returns   - Monitor process flow of accounts receivables and accounts payables.  - Review provisions.  - Review monthly management, AR, stock and Gross Profit and other reports and analysis.  - Review and implement work procedures, internal controls & policies. Giving advice to Operation team on financial implications.  - Compute rent feasibility for rental renewal or new lease.  - Finance Manuals - Updates.  - Train and manage a finance team.  - Actively working on system upgrading, enhancement and other ad hoc projects to improve reporting & efficiency, reduce cost, etc.  - Internal Audit and SOX compliances  - Reading, drafting and reviewing contracts, esp. business contracts.  - Reviewing reports and revamping them when necessary.  Apply, If you are excited to work with India's biggest travel company.
