Be it a villas or homestay or guesthouse or a spare room in a house, It allows all the accommodation owners to offer their space for short-term rentals in INDIA. It will solve all the complexity require for this kind of service in a country like India.   - There are multiple challenges in product, technology and marketing which we are trying to solve. We are looking for individuals who are ken to take up challenge.   - The marketing leader will be responsible for strategizing makting for the platform. He/she will be reposnible for starting and running consumer communocation i.e running markting programs, analyzing trends, programatic bidding, SEO, search, performnace marketing, events, mobile markting etc etc.  Online Marketing Strategy :   - Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on the sales funnel (online & mobile) and revenue.  - Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing quality traffic on mobile app, mobile site and desktop through incisive Online Marketing programs.  - Ensure consistent and effective online interventions in the conversion funnel brand across all mobile and online platforms on a day to day basis.  - Build mobile site and app leadership in the category through cutting edge marketing plan implementation.  Product Marketing :  - Delivering an excellent customer experience by improving the quality level of integrated online presence (cross device) and ensure a consistent approach to app, mobile site and website web site campaigns.  - Monitor market trends and translate white space opportunities into clear business upside - especially on mobile app and website.   - Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and gather insights on new ideas to test.  - Mine data and use analytics to help build products and propositions that will help Rightstay platform plug consumer need gaps in the travel space & move offline customer & product segments online.   Relevance Marketing, Analytics & Technology Based Marketing :   - Growth hacking   - Overall management of pay-per-click strategies including P & L responsibility  - Drive analytics implementation & usage across different parts of site, marketing & products using world class tools   - Analyzing app, mobile site and website strategies and translating qualitative data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies  - Own reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities and overall online marketing ROI.  - Stay abreast of current and best practices of the industry/market.  Success Indicators :   - Return on Investment for all online marketing initiatives.  - Sales growth - online & mobile channels  - Cost of customer acquisition  - Mobile app leadership :   - Traffic and Shopper growth on all devices ( app, mobile site and desktop)  - Rate of Search Engine Queries and Landing Pages  - Trend on Page Views Visit  - Growth of respective Product Lines in Terms of Revenue.  - ROI of marketing campaigns e.g. PPC Campaigns on Keyword Bid, Display campaigns, Mobile Campaigns  - Building & retaining a best in class online marketing team   Relevant Experience :   - 9+ years of total marketing experience with 4 - 5 Years- experience in Online Marketing.  - Direct Hands On experience of running large performance marketing programs (search,meta, mobile app marketing, remarketing on all devices, programmatic).  - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEM, Meta Search, Programmatic, Mobile Deep Linking, Cross Device Tracking, Remarketing and Display.   - Strong Experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy  - Comfort with marketing technology interface and abreast of latest mobile technologies  - Must be someone who is really excited by a challenge.
