Responsibilities:  - Partner with vendors for ensuring standardization of training processes in outsourced centers   - End to end ownership of training delivery & execution for the outsourced center  - Conduct training needs analysis   - Provide soft skills/ behavioral training to newly recruited and existing employees  - Develop and implement training curriculum using multiple methodologies and platforms  - Design and execute role specific training programs  - Having ownership of learning framework for the Group   - Designing and launching e-learning modules where required  - Provide guidance, direction, and training to instructional designers and classroom trainers.at the outsourced center   - Develop & implement effective processes, and improve the existing processes   Desired Skills and Experience:  - Post Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in Training and Development  - Excellent communication (speaking/writing) and presentation skills   - Knowledge of soft skills training and development practices, methodologies and processes  - Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating capability with the ability to establish productive working relationships with senior stakeholders   - Flexibility to travel very aggressively
