To conceptualize & execute Go-to-market strategy (trade, consumer & merchandising) with key focus on achieving top line profitability.  3. To conceptualize marketing strategy with key focus on Holiday product Launch, communication development, consumer activation.  4. To influence cross functional teams and key stakeholders  5. To be accountable for development & commercialization of budget(s) spends and allocation  Essential knowledge, skills and traits:  - MBA (Marketing) with 4-5 years of experience   - Experience/expertise in Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Product Marketing   - Developing & managing all elements of the marketing mix   - Strong strategic thinking and creative skills  - Strong markets and Consumer understanding  - Ability to influence teams and key stakeholders  Desirable knowledge, skills and traits:  - FMCG / Telecom Industry Background  - Team Player & Adherence to timelines
