Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Manage end-to-end SMS and Push Notification marketing campaigns including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, and monitoring - Manage day to day reporting of SEM, Display and other online marketing functions. - Manage end-to-end e-mail marketing campaigns/ series while collaborating with third party email vendor - Manage Reporting to analyze campaign performance and identify actionable items to improve campaign effectiveness - Provide inputs of customer segmentation for more efficient targeting of users - Collaborate with creative team on design of communication creatives including (but not limited to) mailers, website banners, in-app chunks etc. - Collaborate with brand team for communication/ creative level inputs during brand campaigns - Optimize the use of third-party E-mail/SMS/Push Notification platforms and leveraging their features for optimal performance - Collaborate with marketing alliances team for marketing of sale promotions/ bank alliances etc. - Liaison with revenue teams to ensure that the marketing efforts are in line with business needs - Ensure maintenance of communication workflows after every app release - Schedule and monitor marketing campaigns Skills Required : - 1-2 years- experience in Online/ Digital Marketing role ideally within a B2C organization - Knowledge of email marketing creative formats/layouts/designs desirable - Experience of working on third-party email marketing platforms like Cheetah, iContact, SilverPop or other leading direct marketing platforms - Knowledge of Google Analytics and Mobile Marketing Platforms (Tune/Appsflyer) would be a plus - Good Analytical Skills, organized data management, and reports management - Experience in MS Office Applications with strong knowledge of MS-Excel. Working knowledge of retrieving data using SQL - Candidate should understand the important principles of direct marketing - Candidate should be enthusiastic about implementing high impact strategic campaigns through multi-channel marketing platforms - Working knowledge of HTML &amp; CSS development would be an added plus
