Role - Program / Project/ Product Manager Function - Supply Department - Domestic Hotel Supply Level - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Location- Gurgaon Role Overview: The role incumbent will be a part of the International Hotel Supply team as a program manager handling different projects end to end Key Responsibilities: 1. The incumbent will be responsible for reconciling and validating the data coming from different teams (finance, revenue, external stakeholders etc.) and making sure the tracking of data is done with due diligence 2. Create a viable project plan after taking inputs from all relevant stakeholders 3. Lead the project and act as Single Point of Contact for all project-related deliverables 4. To reconcile the data within a specific timeline and close the loop with different stakeholders within a certain TAT 5. Track progress on parallel engagements and identify/ risks / issues proactively 6. To take up corrective projects to ensure that identified gaps in numbers/issues are corrected 7. To collaborate with internal &amp; external teams to maintain data sanctity 8. Maintain positive and healthy working relationships with support functions, delivery team and senior leadership, and leverage these relationships to secure collaboration and support in the execution of project plan Educational Qualification 1. B.tech (Any) + Post Graduation (Any) (Tier1/Tier2 colleges) Relevant Experience: 1. Preferred candidates having past work experience project/ program/product management. 2. Strong communication skills 3. Analytical bent of mind 4. Team player 5. Strategic thinking 6. High on problem-solving skills
