Job description: Online Marketing (Display/Remarketing) Core Purpose of The Job: Responsible for driving scale and ROI for display remarketing and Affiliate channels (google, facebook, criteo, &amp; Vizury). Develop business plans, revenue projections and deliver against it. Co-ordinate across cross functional teams and manage key stakeholders. Candidates with hands on experience of programmatic media buying and catalog/feed based bid management solutions will be preferred. Areas of Responsibility: - Setup, plan and manage campaigns across publishers especially on Google, Facebook, Criteo &amp; Vizury for re-targeting to effectively deliver &amp; measure the effectiveness of engagement of audience. - Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). - Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics &amp; provide complete performance reporting with relevant actions on insights gained. - Work with online ad serving technology platforms like Ad Servers, RTB, DSP etc. - Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages, and ensure creative validation through testing. - Develop and Manage relationships with Ad Networks, Digital Agencies, vendors and partners - Co-ordinate between Tech and Product to drive conversion optimization - Regular co-ordination with internal stakeholders with performance reporting. Desired Profile - Educational Qualification: MBA/B.E degree or equivalent degree in quantitative field from a tier 1 institute - Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analysis and simple statistics. - Working knowledge of programmatic bid management platforms. - 3-5 years digital marketing experience with at least 1 year of experience in desktop/mobile/app retargeting/meta channels. - Working knowledge of Advanced Excel skills (VB etc), Exposure to various tools of web analytics (GA, Omniture etc.), HTML, Javascript (Tags, basic level coding). A tech/development background will be an added advantage. - Bias toward decision making based on data and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data - Basic knowledge of database and architecture - Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
