We are hiring for the position of Maintenance and Reliability Meridium-Analyst/Consultant,in top most management consulting firms for Gurgaon and Mumbai location.

Consultant / Analyst

Job Description :

Currently we are seeking Maintenance & Reliability professionals with industrial, and/or consulting experience in:

- Reliability centered maintenance (RCM), Asset Criticality analysis, Risk Management framework, Risk Based Inspections (RBI)

- Hands on experience in Meridium APM, NRX Asset Hub, Asset Answers, SAP/Maximo

- Industry experience: Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Chemicals, Utilities T&D, Power Generation

Basic Requirements :

- All positions require minimum bachelor’s degrees, good oral and written English, and PowerPoint & Excel skills.

Detailed requirements for different levels are as the followings:

Analyst Level:

- 2-4 years experience in any of the asset intensive industries such as - Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Chemicals, Utilities T&D, Power Generation

- Have basic knowledge of Asset optimization and Maintenance & Reliability practices and willingness to learn and grow

- Have basic understanding of Meridium APM, NRX Asset Hub, Asset Answers, SAP/Maximo.

- Implementation experience in Meridium APM or equivalent industry tools preferred

- Business Process mapping, process optimization and process modeling experience in Asset Optimization

- Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills

- Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members

- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

- Knowledge or exposure to Risk based Inspections (RBI) and Predictive asset maintenance (PAM) will be an added advantage

Consultant Level:

- Analyst level requirement

- 4-7 years’ experience in Asset optimization and Maintenance & Reliability projects in asset intensive industries.

Strong industry/functional experience with sound understanding of industry value chain for at least one of the following industries:

Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Chemicals, Utilities T&D, Power Generation

- Hands on experience in Meridium APM, Risk Based Inspection, Asset Answers, SAP/Maximo.

- Implementation experience in Meridium APM or equivalent industry tools desired

- Understanding of Risk based Inspection (RBI) processes desired. Knowledge or exposure to Predictive asset maintenance (PAM) will be an added advantage

- Business Process mapping, process optimization/process modeling experience with ability to transform processes, business models and the customer experience by exploiting the best practices in Asset optimization, Reliability centered maintenance.

- Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction

- Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to “C” suite executives.

- Can mentor or lead junior team members on a project

- Maintain good relationships with clients and project PMs

Desired Skills & Experience :

- MBA / Technical Master’s degrees

- Overseas or MNC working experience
