Company : Mahindra Susten  Department: Human Resources  Title of the position: Manager   Reporting to: Head HR  Location: Mumbai  Term of employment: Full time  Qualifications: MBA from a leading institute (Tier 1)  Experience: 3-5 years  Role & responsibility:  Performance Management:  - Drive the Performance Management Process   - Facilitate the creation of the BSC and distillation of the strategic initiatives  - Completion of 9 Box and Leadership Feedback for all employees  - Ensure timely and correct disbursal of Performance Payouts  - Compensation benchmarking survey participation   Engagement & Motivation:  - Custodian of the Engagement Survey and will drive Action Planning at Department and Organization   - Ensure implementation of engagement activities in all project locations as well head office on a regular basis - Happy Hours, Sports Day, Company picnic, Team offsites  - Responsible for initiatives such as Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion   - Create a culture of teamwork and trust  - Creating a reward & recognition programme to boost morale and incentivize innovation & excellence  Employer branding:  - Responsible for developing the Employer Brand and define the Employee Value Proposition for Mahindra Susten   - Identify initiatives to drive awareness of Employer Brand in external and internal ecosystem  - Identify best in class organizations with for benchmarking and look at creating and deploying best practices in HR  Budgeting & Control:  - Creation of annual manpower plan   - Create HR Budget for the organization   - Estimate and analyse costing for all components of HR Budget  - Achieving HR process excellence, Implementing The Mahindra Way  Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:  - Strong conceptual understanding of HR function  - Excellent communication skills  - Strong numerical ability  - Attention to detail  Nice to Have:  - IR experience including collective bargaining  - SAP experience
