In this journey, MLL is being partnered by one of the leading consulting firms, who are on board for this 3 year transformational effort. Logistics in India is an exciting space and is at the cusp of major revamps- both in terms of technology and operations.  The CEO's office is looking for bright candidates to be a part of this once in a life time project that offers an opportunity to work alongside the consultants. This role will provide the freedom and entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, along with the strong culture and values of Mahindra.  The candidate will work directly for the CEO's office and will report to Strategy Head. They will work along with the strategy head to ensure implementation of transformation modules, track progress, spearhead interventions, monitor business development and improve operational efficiencies over next 2 years. This will involve the following:  - Monitoring and driving large sales deals to create more marque accounts. It will entail project management of lead generation, driving customer meetings to crafting value proposition and supporting final closure of deals.  - Support the CEOs office with financial analysis and KPI tracking to ensure business health parameters are tracked and constantly improving.   - Monitoring implementation of new deals (projects) to ensure timely closure of the same by coordinating with all the other functions involved.  - Analyzing MIS for daily/weekly/monthly tracking of business SBU performance Reviews: Lead monthly business reviews along with CEO and Strategy Head.  - On the go: Dynamic problem solving to identify areas of concern, create project team and drive implementation.   - Content creation for select excellence modules and interventions  - Participate in long term strategy planning for the organisation  - Work on Merger and Acquisitions across the business  Essential requirements:  - Project management skills - Knowledge of Project Management techniques & tools, managing & monitoring projects to achieve milestones by effectively & efficiently managing resources.  - Information technology - Understanding the necessity to leverage technology effectively, across corporate functions and business situations.  - Motivated to manage a P&L / SBU or corporate function in the near future  - Interpersonal skills - able to work in and lead teams with a key focus on delivering results  - Financial reporting - Prepare, analyze & interpret financial performance measures  - Business analytics - Performance reporting, forecasting and gap analysis  - Customer focus - Driving customer centricity in the business process  Key Deliverables:  - Support delivery of overall business growth and profitability targets over 2 years  - Drive adoption of business transformation initiatives and monitor large deals process  - Digitization of business process and MIS
