Branch Manager
- Efficiently complete overall monthly targets planning and distribute targets to teams and individuals, basis productivity, capability and quality
- Ensure that detailed SOQ-wise breakup is done team-wise from lead to sale
- For all pull based leads, eg Web, complete the distribution of leads to various teams and monitor it twice every week, based on targets and delivery
- Closely monitor and track conversions weekly - by individual, by TME and by each activity
- Take timely and appropriate decisions and course corrections based on the weekly monitoring and tracking of lead to sale trends
- Ensure high level of engagement within the teams and motivate them to exceed performance expectations
- Hire high energy and talented individuals to manage various teams and ensure that the talent pipeline is fueled appropriately at all times
- Manage and control various costs with a view to ensure a highly profitable and growth oriented business
- Ensure timely login of member MAF and manage member escalations made to senior management and on social media
- Keep track of all member complaints and ensure resolution of all escalations within given TAT
- Manage the retention teams and ensure Reduction in Creation and enhance Saves
- Ensure that the quarterly over dues bucket reduces every quarter with special focus on regularization of 21+ overdue cases
Salary range - 14-20 LPA
