Skills Required :   - General Accounting & handling Audit   - Consolidation of monthly/ quarterly Accounts of Indian & Overseas subsidiaries   - Preparation of Consolidated Monthly/ Quarterly Accounts under Ind-AS / Indian GAAP (preferably under Ind-AS)   - Preparation of periodic MIS relating to Financial   - Review of Expenses & Revenue   - Good working knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxes   - Accounting Experience in SAP Environment  - Tech savvy   - Detail oriented and ability to work independently   Experience/ Qualifications :   - CA   - Should have 2-4 years of relevant experience.   Job Responsibilities :   - Setup appropriate Accounting system to cater the requirement of Law, Accounting Standard, Ind-AS / Indian GAAP,   - Submit regular Consolidated Financials viz, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Schedules, Cash Flow etc.   - Furnish information and explanation to the Statutory Auditor and ensure finalization of the audit within the stipulated timeframe.   - Exercise financial controls and reconciliation process through internal IT system   - Developing and maintaining processes and systems for efficient accounting and MIS  Salary offered : 6 lakhs
