Position Title: Sr Manager - Parts Catalog

Purpose of Role

Sr Manager will lead the Product development and maintenance of Multibrand Parts catalog (MBPC). Multibrand Parts catalog will be developed to cover major makes, models, OE parts and replacement parts mapping. This product will bring in lots of simplicity in operations and power of choice to consumer.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities of the Role

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop the development strategy for MBPC product

2. Lead the team and develop MBPC product

3. Develop the MBPC architecture and integrating OEM, OES catalogs data in it

4. Gather feedback from field on MBPC and chart out up gradation plans based on feedback

5. Lead the product maintenance and continuous enhancement of the product

6. Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and OESs to understand their EPC plans, price update cycles, new brands launches etc

7. Liaison with technical team to integrating MBPC with CarWorkz Price estimation engine database

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Deploy MBPC in workshops and parts Hubs

2. Support Labor catalogs and Service Cost Estimator teams

Knowledge and Skills

Education Qualification

Passed out from IIT / leading MBA or Engineering college

Experience Criteria

Minimum Experience (In Years): 5.0

Functional and Behavioral Competencies

Spare Parts knowledge, knowledge of EPCs and Catalogs architecture; Product management skills; People management

Behavioral Competencies required:

Good communication skills, Zeal to create something out of the box in the industry, self-motivated leader
