Strategic Engagement & Account Management  - Strategic client engagement and Governance at the CXO Level & C- Suite.  - Show YOY 10% growth in the account and achieve the assigned target (2.5-3m$)  - Win one strategic deal above 1 Mn each year into the account, this number will be signed off once the position holder has come on board  - Lead the Sales efforts of his/her portion of the account, ensuring sales targets are met, while driving customer satisfaction.   - Responsible for direct sales orders and through OEM channels for Idea. The sales orders will either be one time license sales, old or new revenue share agreements  - Account Management & Contract Governance - Build Account Management & Solution selling skills in the key accounts.  Stakeholder Management & CSAT :   Internal stakeholder management : Work collaboratively with internal teams of Comviva (PU, Channels, Delivery organization, Executive Management at Comviva and Tech Mahindra etc) and create win-win situations while handling customer engagement on the ground  - Understand needs of the Account based on direct interactions with the customer  - Frequent and effective follow ups on client issues ensuring 100% achievement of CSAT target  - Accountable for CSAT and collections for the specific Account.  - Thorough customer interactions, determine the pre and post-sales support required and manage these deliverables with internal stakeholders.  Governance & Delivery :   - Provide early warnings of operational delivery or support problems associated with the account & proactively work towards resolving these issues.  - Run Internal Governance of the account  - To be the voice of the customer internally and to ensure client deliveries and value proposition initiatives are tracked proactively  Be the Brand Ambassadors :   - Build Mahindra Comviva brand and engage the customer at various levels to help manage perceptions  - Help build higher entry barriers for the competition into the account  Functional :   - Good domain knowledge of Financial/Telecom/VAS/CVM Solutions.  - Think and act strategically to ensure Comviva's long-term growth within Idea.  - Excellent flair for client relationship management.  - Worked in a Sales role for a global MNC.  - Met/over-achieved Sales targets consistently.  - Experienced in handling & dealing with CXOs in Idea  - Ability to think out-of-box to make the deals happen.  Education and Experience :   - BE / B Tech is essential and an MBA in Marketing is preferable  - Multilingual - Fluency in English
