Job description:

- Responsible to lead the complete project with customer. Create relationships and engagement with key stakeholders at customer side

- Use the analytics domain expertise to bring improvements in current line of business

- Drive the overall business analysis portfolio on KPI's, performance improvement and enhancements

- Regular trending & data analysis: Circle Performance Analysis need to be shared on daily basis with the Circles/Corporate and Business Managers with key derivations

- Evaluate various services and recommend areas of improvement

- Responsible to drive business improvement and revenue enhancement

- Need to define strategy for growth of services in the account

- Responsible for introducing new line of services using analytics

- Provide valuable insight into the mobile solutions strategy supporting clients across multiple products and business verticals.

- New Business/Product enhancements (First Level Requirements for Product Enhancement and Business viability analysis to be done by him/ her)

- Regular ideations, promotions & activities to increase business - penetrations & revenues

- Manage partner & Regular interaction with all interface partners, daily analysis of their operations, working closely on activities to increase efficiency and revenues.

- Sharing subject matter experience during strategy and planning
