As our city marketing manager, you will be responsible for getting the Magic Pin's value proposition in front of users in the right manner and at the right time.   You will be responsible for:  - Organize marketing activities at college campuses, universities, shopping malls and corporate offices  - Managing all agencies involved - creative, PR, operational etc.  - Understand the different localities in the city, identify target customers in those areas and locations where the target audiences can be reached most easily  - Manage a team of 20+ marketing executives  Role Requirements  Following are the specific skill set we are looking for:  - Open to all backgrounds but preference for candidate with experience in management of distributed/field workforce   - Out-of-the-box thinking and an attitude to go beyond the tried and tested ways  - Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality  - Ability to work with external parties in negotiation, program management  - Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects - ability to influence and lead both internal teams and external agencies  - Super organized and a logical thinker  - Entrepreneurial DNA  Compensation and perks:  - Market competitive salary, based on fit and profile  - Opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of Magic Pin  Salary offered: 6+ LPA
