We are looking someone who is currently working in Real Estate company.
1. Past track record of handling teams selling to enterprise (B2B).
2. Min 5-6 years of real estate exposure in the later part of the career.
3. Exposure to digital marketing, classified and concept selling.
Responsibilities / Skill Set :
- Responsible for setting-up and driving sales initiative across branches in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu, managing a fleet of 50 associates.
- Must have Real Estate selling experience across all the levels.
- Creating AOP and steering Sales team to achieve forecasted revenue
- Managing costs as per budget allocation & working towards maximization of Revenue
- Responsibility includes delivery on all critical parameters, such as (i) Collections, (ii) Order booking value, (iii) Orders, (iv) Renewals, (v) New Products
- Generate enquiries & develop business for upcoming projects, whilst continuously monitoring and evaluating price trends in the market. (Macro as well Micro level).
- Provide feedback on potential sales & operating issues to the management.
- Maintain and appraise the management using primary and secondary data of the research on demand supply dynamics, competition analysis etc.
