Job Description:   Magento eCommerce Manager   Should be able to independently handle the following tasks parallely for multiple overseas Ecommerce (Magento) accounts -   MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING INDEPENDENTLY AN ECOMMERCE ACCOUNT AS DETAILED BELOW -   Ongoing maintenance : Magento admin panel management by updating normal store keeping tasks like, adding products, categories, Inventory management, promotion rules setup, configuration setup and changes as per the client needs.   Site Management:   1. Control multiple websites and stores from one Administration Panel with the ability to share as much or as little information as needed   2. Administration permission system roles and users support changes   3. Support for multiple languages and currencies changes   4. Batch import and export of catalog information   5. Content Management System for informational and landing pages   6. Create different price points for different customer groups, such as wholesalers and general customers   7. Configuring different extensions in admin panel after the development work   8. Update website, store and store view information as required for each country site   Support : On going support for client on daily tasks and requirements related to sales, orders, customer issues, errors, process, guidance to use magento admin and site.   Analytics and Reporting : Create sales reports, product update reports, tasks and schedules, manage work approvals, requirement gathering, analyzing business requirements, solution designing, coordination with different teams, trouble shooting, change management and Implementation management.   Testing : Regression testing of all development works and changes, User and client acceptance testing, User experience testing and getting client approvals.   Billing and account management : Creating estimations, calculating the time and cost for month on month based on client work requirements and getting approvals.   Task management : Separate tasks from requirements list to assign to different departments based on scope of work and complexity of the task. Creating functional requirements and coordinating with development team.   Implementation management : Implement new features, SEO changes, design changes and extensions from Inception to execution by coordinating with client, SEO teams, design team and development team.   Third part market places : Manage third party market places like Amazon, eBay etc... to add products, remove products and synchronize with magento based on the compatibility.   Communication management : Communicate with client, SEO teams and development team through email, call and face to face to resolve the issues, gather requirements, status update on work, brainstorm, design solutions etc   Salary Range: 6 - 7 LPA
