Job/ Position Title PEX Academy Manager

Job Purpose/Summary :

Develop the capability in GSC employees to run/optimise existing processes and drive strategic initiatives to ensure high impact business results/cost savings for Maersk Line by:

- Supporting Business teams in developing skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation and change management

- Provide the processes, structures, and tools for individual project and program management

- Coach Improvement projects on a need basis using Scrum and Process Excellence tools and methodologies

Key responsibilities :

- Training and Coaching of Employees on various Process Excellence / Project Management aspects and frameworks including Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Prince2, OPPR etc

- Leverage IT trends including RPA, Business Analysis, BPMN as part of training

- Manage certifications and Kaizen

- Coach leaders on change management

- Facilitate improvement workshops and seminars as required.

Required qualification, experience & skills

- Passion for training

- Degree holders (Preferably Engineering) plus Post Graduates in Management with 10-14 years of experience in ITES / Logistics environment.

- Process Design & Solution Mindset

- Expertise to coach on Projects/improvement including Prince2 and Scrum

- Global / Cultural adaptability and ability to drive Change

- Strong Facilitation & Communication Skills

- 10+ years in Combination as Training, Consulting and Project background

- Solid understanding of Projects & Improvement mindset including Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Prince2

- Understand current IT trends including RPA, Business Analysis, BPMN

Basically, we are on the lookout for qualified people with expertise in RPA, Agile and Scrum with 10+ years in Combination as Training, Consulting and Project background with a Solid understanding of Projects & Improvement mindset including Lean Six Sigma with an Expertise to coach on Projects/improvement.
