Expected to drive value for Seago Line enabling them achieve higher market share and profitability  - Responsible for head count budgeting process, invoicing and monthly budget vs actual explanations  - Facilitate periodic performance reviews with GSC leaders and SGL HQ mgt team  - Drive SGL engagement across processes and monitor GSC performance  - Facilitate Best Practice Sharing across Functions (execution responsibility lies with BPO)  - Point of Contact for SGL BPO's in the GSC for escalations and support  - Sparring partner for BPO's and actively assist in driving improvement initiatives  - Closely monitor new projects and developments in the GSC and ensure SGL representation  - Ad hoc projects  We are looking for:  A person with good  - Business Acumen  - Relationship Management  - Customer Centricity  - Analytical Mind set  - Handle business relations, change management, business acumen has to be strong, result oriented.
