Key Responsibility:  - Complete and correct accounting of the country's financial results result every month in line with APMM GAAP.   - Review P&L and balance sheet on a monthly basis to ensure completeness and correctness  - Report figures in HFM  - Ensure proper registration process in local and corporate accounting systems (SAP- HFM).   - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of entity results in HFM with a 100% score in completeness, timeliness and quality in Reporting.   - Ensure that the accounting system is up-to-date with all transactions.   - Monthly reconciliation for all accounts, with no items open beyond agreed SLA   - To ensure that adequate visibility of all items in the P&L and Balance Sheet is provided to all stakeholders and deliver necessary management reports.   - Coordination with internal and external auditors, as required.   - Ensure the compliance of tax, legal and transfer pricing matters wherever applicable.   - Ensure corporate governance policies and procedures are in place and up to date  Behavioral:  - Analytically minded with strong problem solving skills  - Highly result oriented and able to work under pressure  - Manage and act in complex situations   - Proactive and perseverance to be able to finish the job within timelines   - Strong focus on quality  - Open to change and ability to overcome obstacles with out of box thinking  - Budget minded with strong focus on cost management   - Good communication skills, clear, direct and focused communication at multiple organization levels  Learning description (skills and competencies):  - Taking ownership of the Country P&L and Balance sheet and hence possibility to interact with higher management, ability to show accountability and drive  - Leadership - leader of others - demonstrating ability to manage small specialist teams, groom talent and keep staff motivated and engaged  - Learn organizational agility and effective communication   - Part of the talent pipeline for cluster CFO or Cluster FBP positions  Key Measures:  - Overall Control Dashboard scores of the cluster  - Cluster Finance managers KPI and Country Customer satisfaction scores  - EES Results Target vs. Actual  - Attrition rate of knowledge resources less than 5%  Skills Required:  - Degree in Accounting/Audit/Finance or equivalent with understanding of GAAP and IFRS guidelines  - Desired is formal training as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA holder)  - Exposure to book close and audits (internal / external)  - Microsoft office (excel is a must)   - SAP / HFM experience will be added advantage   - Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
