Key responsibilities : Candidate must be from an FNA Domain with HFM expertise ; also experience in handling balance sheet and good understanding dashboard preparations, Must to have skills : - Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, ratio Analysis, trend analysis & financial report preparations like dashboards, Portfolio reports, DSO, DPO, Ebitda calculations etc. - Reporting and Control in FA - Global reports that includes : 1. Portfolio reports 2. Adhoc reports and analysis as requested by BU 3. Prepare and publish dashboard and financial reports 4. Design financial reports for Adhoc requests 5. Reporting of Forecasting and budget numbers 6. Controlling of financial 7. Working capital reports 8. Good understanding of trial balance 9. Scorecard 10. Revenue/volume analysis 11. IT/Commercial dashboard preparation 12. ROFO and 5 years plan controlling Candidate must be excellent in Excel & also in presentation skills Key interactions / Stakeholders : Internal & External both - will interact with JL6 and above Team Dynamic / Profile / Culture : IC Role Relevant Organisational or Team Changes / Challenges : Any FNA Business Analyst Office Environment : APMT (Captive) Working Shift Hours : 6 pm to 3 am & 4 PM to 1 AM - Must be flexible to either of these shift timings
