Job Summary : To conduct the assigned internal audit reviews of various Coats- subsidiaries across the globe.  Principal Accountabilities :   - Undertake fieldwork of assigned business processes and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner following standard GIA audit program and techniques.  - Familiarise with Group Policies/ procedures and internationally accepted accounting practices, highlight non-compliance as part of assigned reviews.  - Provide advice on internal controls and participate in enhancing internal audit standards and practices within Coats Group.  - Prepare draft audit findings for review by GM-IA.  - Maintain working papers and audit documents in accordance with GIA audit methodologies.  - Where required, managing a team of 1-2 auditors  Knowledge, Skills and Key Behaviours Required :   Mandatory :   - Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)  - 8-12 years of progressive post-qualification experience   - Expert knowledge of risk based audit methodology.  - Working Knowledge of SAP R/3.  - Good analytical skills to interpret data and gauge trends/patterns.  - Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building and problem solving   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  - Comfortable travelling approximately 2 weeks a month to various domestic and international locations.  - Excellent team player- collaborate and support colleagues and peers across the organisation, while being able to work independently when needed.-   - Proven ability to guide and coach junior members in the team  - Results oriented - meets deadlines on assignments, ability to prioritise tasks   - Eye for detail  - Demonstrable internal audit experience  - Not Interested in any BPO/ Services background
