Job Description:

- Pitching and execution support for M&A

- Development of various financial models such as DCF, LBO, M&A etc and preparation of roadshow / investor presentation materials, information memorandums and others

- Identifying peer set for relative valuation and potential acquirors / targets for M&A transactions

- Preparing pitch books including materials for RFPs, industry analysis, operating benchmarking, returns analysis

Note: Atleast 1 year experience is required in M&A advisory
