Role Summary :  - You'd manage the Business relationship with existing Banks so as to maintain the functioning of the business at optimum levels of efficiency and profitability and to increase revenue by developing business relationships with the banks.   This would include the following :  - Identifying areas of service improvements.  - To contribute to the ongoing strategic plan and its implementation.  - Visit clients to understand requirement and evaluate the underlying opportunity.   - Develop and explore new ideas and initiatives   - Maintain and develop strong long- term relationships with the banks so that we  - Continue to sell existing and new services to them.  - Creating a strong presence for the Loylty Program/Campaign in the market by understanding the competition and innovating customized solutions.  - Following up with the appropriate teams for payment/invoice clearances.  - Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partners' needs and goals.  - And also focus on Business Development for new Banking clients.  Must Haves :   - You need to have a commercial bend of mind. End of the day, a business needs to see revenue and towards that, you need to constantly strike and manage commercially profitable deals, which would also create and deliver value to consumer.  - Commercial deals are always done between people. We'd need you to be a strong people person. You need to be able to connect with individuals and be able to develop professional business relationships easily. Skill to develop such business relationships based on trust, character and content are important. We'd need you to also be able to liaise with senior management of other organizations on your own with ease. If you don't know all of this, we'd train you. You need to have the aptitude and be open to learn.  - MBA from a premium institute (IIM - A, B, C, L, SPJIMR, XLRI) with maximum 2 yrs of experience.  Summary :   In essence, we are a fast-growing company with our eyes set on very rapid growth rate through the next few years.
