Regional Sales Manager  Key Objective:  To drive revenue for the region by creating and developing strategic key partners.  Key Responsibilities:  - Developing new Strategic Partnerships for our loyalty programs   - Being the complete owner of the Regional Revenue Targets and Profitability  - Drive new revenue and commercial models that encourage potential partnering organizations to tie up with Loylty Rewardz   - Maximize Revenue Generation from Partnerships and other business opportunities   - Effectively Leading and Managing a team of (Regional) Partnerships, Executives/Managers - which includes participating in hiring, performance management, coaching and mentoring activities  - Guide the team to successfully manage the sales process: pre sales research; lead generation; credentials pitch; solution pitch; negotiation; close the deal.  - Effectively interacting and synergizing with other departments including the partnerships, marketing and technical teams based at the head office in Mumbai   - Holistically ensuring that all partnerships created by yourself or the team are effectively handed over to the partner management team.   - Actively contributing to the management of key clients and providing assistance to the relationship management team; if required   - Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability  - Drive the development and implementation of new revenue lines with the partner  - Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with the assigned partners on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends  - Ability to present campaign results and strategy at a senior management level, whilst considering the variety of knowledge levels within the teams  - Guide and mentor the partner management team to build deeper relationship and engagement with pan India partner.  Candidate Profile:  - The ideal candidate will come with experience in or understanding of the loyalty industry  - 9 to 10 years of experience preferable  - Must have had experience in setting up and leading a team  - Must be a self starter, with excellent communication and presentation skills  - Outstanding Business Acumen, Needs analysis, Positioning, Business justification and closing skills  - Willingness to travel is essential for this position  - A MBA from a Premium Institute is highly preferred  About Loylty Rewardz:  We are a young, aggressive and fast-growing organization that is aiming to make a dent in the retail and banking industry in India, on how they acquire new consumers and how they manage the relationship with their existing consumers.  From our start-up days, we have had a stupendously fast pace of growth through these years, and have reached a stage where we now manage loyalty programs for over 71% of all the debit cards issued in India.
