In its twenty year old journey in India, L'Or- al India evolved from a start-up to an acknowledged market leader in new categories of beauty with a turnover of Rs. 2200 crores.  - Our Research & Innovation center has also worked closely with brands and new product development team to create some exceptional products that are tailor made for the Indian consumer eg: Kolossal Kajal (Maybelline), L- Oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish, Garnier Oil in Cream etc to name a few.  YOUR ROLE SUMMARY :   Position Title : Assistant Manager - Sales IT  Division : Consumer Product Division  Department : Sales  Reports to : Sales Planning Manager  Location : Head Office, Mumbai  Key relationships :  Internal stakeholders :   - Corporate IT Team, Sales Planning Team, Regional Sales Administration   - Team, Sales Team,External Stakeholders - Distributors  - This is an individual contributor role with key Responsibilities as below:  Planning :  - Deployment of Database Management System (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA) and EClaims Systems  - Ensure seamless Integration with existing systems (Connect. SAP) Development  - Chart the Development Path for Database Management System (DMS), Sales Force   Automation (SFA) & E-Claims systems :  - Manage the Change Request cycle for each system  - Ensure robust testing and smooth deployment  - Work closely with Field Sales teams and Head Office Sales teams to identify new opportunities to automate Sales Processes  - Manage the Database Management System Support Helpdesk & Ensure Service Level   Agreement (SLA) Compliance :   MIS :  - Ensure System Hygiene (Reg Sync/Billing/SFA Usage)  - Develop New Reports & Dashboards for Stakeholders  Maintenance :   - Suvidha Console Maintenance (Product/Cluster/Pricing Masters)  - Sales Portal Maintenance  - Documentation of automated Sales Processes through Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and educating the Training team to cascade knowledge.  Education - Graduate / Post Graduate  Professional Experience - 3 to 5 years  Key Competencies :   Must Have :  - Deep understanding of Sales Processes & Information Flow  - Good Communication Skills  - Goal-oriented and should have demonstrated persistence in executing projects in the past  - Should be able to break big problems into smaller solvable pieces with a structured thought process  - Basic knowledge of IT systems  Good to Have :  - Technical experience of BOTREE systems  L'Oreal is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
