This role is perfect if you're awesome at building great teams.  Here are few things you'd do at Lookup  - Scout and recruit the best of candidates across mulitple teams.  - Make sure the candidates are in-line with Lookup's vision and culture.  - Maintain a steady pool of candidates who shall fit the bill at Lookup.  - Get creative & collaborate with the marketing team to create a stellar hiring strategy.  We'd like if you have  - Startup experience.  - A total of 4+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting.  - Excellent communication skills.  And btw, few investors (respected both locally & globally) have put their faith and money in our team.  One last thing - Worry not about the compensation, stock options and perks (Mac, Health etc). If you are fitting the bill, we shall make sure you are comfortable.
