Job / Skills Requirements:
This position calls for a qualified individual to support our business development efforts through the identification, qualification, and development of leads/prospects for product sales from our Information Technology (IT) product portfolio. We are looking for professionals with high energy and drive to grow and develop business for LookingGlass.
Responsibilities to include :
- Coordinate with business development team to identify targeted businesses/organizations based on campaigns.
- Market opportunity analysis
- Competitive market analysis
- Identify potential customers (lead generation) through a variety of sources (business research)
- Leads provided through LookingGlass Campaigns
- Contact database research
- Website traffic capture
- Make contact with customer prospects (lead development) to identify potential opportunities
- Cold calls
- Email campaigns
- Social media campaigns
- Qualify prospects (lead conversion). Lead qualification includes the establishment of need and potential interest by the customer prospect for our products/services.
- Follow-up and establish communication channel for further prospect development. Explore opportunities for engagement.
- Campaign Management
- Product demonstration
- Track and manage IT products Sales pipeline.
- Activity metrics (e.g. cold calls, follow-up calls, email campaigns, webinars, etc.)
- Progress metrics (e.g. leads generated, developed, converted, demonstrations, proposals, engagements, etc.)
- Manage online channels to provide fresh and relevant material respecting our organization's IT practice.

Required Skills :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be able to clearly communicate the background of our organization to a customer prospect and be able to articulate our IT products and services in a manner appropriate to a business decision-maker.
- Solid knowledge of the use of IT in business. The candidate should have a strong background and experience in driving product sales based on leads/prospects generated through campaigns. Experience in product sales should include the following categories:
- BI/ Analytics
- IT infrastructure
- Effective analysis skills, attention to details
- Ability to work and resolve issues independently
Skills Desired (A plus) :
- Knowledge and/or experience with IT industry
- Knowledge of competitive IT products/services
- Knowledge of licensed and subscription based product deployment models
