Job Purpose:   - To develop and deliver assessment & development initiatives for key talent in the organization  Job Duties and Responsibilities:  Implement talent development strategy with focus on management (Level 1/2):  - Identify talent pool needs through various interventions such as assessment centers  - Design & facilitate initiatives for talent development such as cross-functional exposure, mentoring, seminars, etc.  - Design a focused plan to retain, develop & groom the talent pool  Determine pool of successors for critical positions and integrate succession planning needs with individual development plans   - Facilitate identification, assessment & development of talent pool through potential assessment  - Track promotion/ rotation/ separation of the talent pool  - Facilitate development planning & tracking with focus on middle management talent  - Define and facilitate career paths to meet aspirations of the middle management  - Support the talent review process, especially for the middle management  - Support competency-based and holistic feedback mechanisms (360 degree feedback, employee satisfaction surveys etc.)  - Support OD initiatives in the areas of value cascade, transformation, competency mapping, employee engagement & other projects, based on organizational requirements  Internal Interactions:   - Understand business needs in terms of leadership capabilities required   - Work with internal stakeholders to build a talent pool to support organizational requirements  External Interactions:  - Identify the best external partners and build strong working relationships  - Work with partners for talent assessment interventions such as development centers, 360 feedback  - Work with external partners to design & deliver leadership development programs•	  Educational Qualification:  - Post graduation with specialization in human resources or industrial psychology 		 Work Experience:	  - 10-15 of overall experience of which 5-7 yrs in OD/talent development/change management 		 Key Competencies:  - Interpersonal skills, working with internal & external stakeholders to ensure delivery
