Lodha Group is looking for an AGM - Pre-construction Audit.  EXPERIENCE IN INFRA / REAL ESTATE PROJECT COSTING IS MANDATORY  Key responsibilities:  1. Real Estate Project Budgeting.  2. Conducting rate analysis / benchmarking / external understanding of rates to provide benchmarking of standard rates for works / materials.  3. Creating "rate" calculators to enable usage of published rates in the context of the frequently occurring variations/differences from the assumption in base rate.  4. Understanding industry norms of what is included / excluded for each contract, developing standards for the same and coordinating with Procurement team to ensure that same are consistently applied.  Candidate Profile:  1. Real Estate / Infra experience (mandatory)  2. Good knowledge of Infra / Real Estate project analysis, including costing / budgeting of projects  3. 4-5 years experience  4. Preferably from IIM/ISB
