We're looking for sharp, entrepreneurial people with extremely high learn ability and ambition to grow.  It doesn't matter if you have the relevant experience or not, or in case you have failed in your last attempt.  As long as you have the desire and fire to create value and leave a mark, and can think of solutions on the go that makes you interesting enough for us to know you better.   In case you believe you can overcome the below and have it in you to prove yourself, we would like to meet you and hear your story.  - At some point you will feel like the king of the world and Equally you will also feel like an utter failure  - You will work harder than you ever have and You will still be behind schedule  - Your friends will be sick of hearing about Lockated, You will ignore them and keep talking about it  - At the end of the day you will be proud of what you have achieved and You will have changed the world  While working like an entrepreneur you cannot be bound within the Scope of Roles & Responsibilities however for the sake of formalities, here's what you will be doing in the office:  Co-Founder Fund Raising, Accounts & Compliance  - Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for administration, existing programs, and proposed new line of services.  - Serve as a business partner to the management on the organization's financial, budgeting, and administrative processes- including HR, payroll, and benefits functions- with an eye to continuously developing and improving systems.  - Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies  - Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously  - Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues  - Checking data, maintaining and scrutinizing statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash/ bank book, liability schedules, Assets register in compliance with time & accuracy norms.  - Generating MIS reports along with management of statutory compliance within for domestic as well as international operations. Supervising financial operations and internal matters of the company.  Filling of return-VAT, Income tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Trade License, Service tax for offices across globe.  - Reconciling revenue, debtors aging as well as collection reconciliation with the invoice system on monthly basis.  - Providing support presenting monthly financial MIS report to the Board and Senior Management.  - Performing analytical review of financial statements   - Lead the development and implementation of a 3 year fundraising strategy that underpins strategic goals to accelerate income growth in a sustainable manner across a diverse range of income streams and embed a culture of fundraising across the organization  - Lead the development and implementation of a 3 year fundraising plan, which includes key activities, areas of required investment, KPIs and milestones as well as the projected growth of fundraising income  - Establish a range of new income streams, with a particular emphasis on the application of digital technology e.g. the use of Crowd funding, as the basis for establishing a more diverse range of income  - Establish structure, processes, competencies and systems to ensure the Fundraising department is fully equipped to accelerate growth, establish a diversified and sustainable income base  Academic Credentials required: CA, CPA, MBA - Finance with prior experience in fund raising activities for an SME or a Start Up or large companies.  Salary offered: 5 - 6 LPA
