- Assess the Credit worthiness of proposal  - Verifying key details (KYC, land documents & Credit additional docs)  - Field investigation is priority  - Taking feedback through the concern references & from Bankers  - Preparation of Field verification Report  - Preparation of financials  - Viewing the credit worthiness of customer through CIBIL & DE DUPE Report  - Calculation through Credit Appraisal Memorandum(CAM)  - Data entry in Application Processing System  - Verification of Asset after disbursement (PDAV)  - Finally Recommending the Case  - Appraisal preparation, CMA preparation, financial analysis, rating, Risk analysis and specifying risk mitigants, Terms and conditions, compliance to bank guidelines and schemes and putting up for sanction to competent authority/committee.   - Coordinate with RM, provide replies to Risk etc for sanctioning. Handling Audit and related Queries / MIS & resolving the same within stipulated TAT to CO Audit Team.
