Job Location: Livspace, Kasturba road, Bangalore Summary: The candidate will be a part of category management team at Livspace and will work with the category managers and business leaders to extract meaning from large volumes of data to make the right business decisions. The candidate should exhibit significant interest in working with business intelligence tools, can model multidimensional datasets, and can partner with business leaders to answer key business questions. Key responsibilities - Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions - Participate in strategic &amp; tactical planning discussions. Work with the category managers and business leadership to finalize annual goals for the team and track the same on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis through the year - Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve profitability - Design, implement, and support platforms that provide operations teams ad-hoc access to large datasets - Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable format - Ensure KPIs are published and reviewed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviours / processes that could impact on data integrity Key requirements : - 1+ years experience of working in business analyst and adept in structuring, analysing large datasets and presenting reports for process improvement - Exposure to 2-3 industries/clients.
