Technical skills :

- Understanding of analytics and BI concepts from delivery aspect

- Have an exposure to different analytics methodology for project delivery

- Understands analytics application on wide variety of business problems and should be able to think through solutions for new verticals.

- Exposure to Big data is plus point

- Understands project phases, foresee challenges, come up with added value on top of clients ask

- Ability to research on new upcoming areas of analytics/BI technology, new area of analytics application etc.

Other skills :

- Have good exposure of communication both verbal and written with external clients and leadership.

- Ability to translate and communicate business problem to analytics problem to internal data science team and analytics solution to business solution to clients and leadership.

- Communicate with the client on the approach, solution and insights generated

- Problem solving of different business problems.

- Deck building in terms of story line and visual appeal.

- Ability to take product demos.

- Exhibit thought leadership internally and externally by publishing white papers, participating in discussion forums and seminars, webinars
