Overall 8+ years of experience in the Healthcare Analytics.

- Ideal fit could be having initial years in US healthcare industry and moved into functional healthcare analytics consulting.

- Good knowledge of US healthcare industry and various facets around HMP, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid

- Awareness of privacy regulations HIPAA, ACA, US healthcare industry standards

- Though leadership in healthcare analytics domain

- Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making, team management and communications skills.

Technical :

- Have good experience of analytics solution delivery in healthcare domain for at least 5-6 years

Experience in healthcare analytics / operations broadly covering :

Health Insurance (Payer/Provider/Patient) (but not limited to below list) :

- Claims Analytics (fraud, abuse, litigation, subrogation)

- Patient 360- profiling

- Churn, Life time value

- Patient - Next best offer, affinity, up/cross sell

Insurance :

- Marketing initiatives for Insurance Cos.

- Hospital Operations/ cost / quality measures

Wastage analysis :

- Understanding of healthcare landscape and key data sources, Key analysis and their utilities.

- Should have exposure to at least 5-7 key Healthcare use cases

- Knowledge of advanced analytics/statistical/data mining techniques such as Regression (Linear, Logistic), Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID

- Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Business Objects would be a plus.
