Large scale customer acquisition  2. Develop strategies that increase traffic, demand and conversion.  3. Own the Digital P&L from Sales to Profit and is the thought leader on digital strategies that complement the company's traditional sales and marketing efforts.  4. Provide expertise in developing and adapting strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail   5. Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media.  6. Partner with all business functions to develop strategy and tactical implementation of channel marketing initiatives  7. Partner with our PR/Social Media Agency; manage the work of our social media agency team to ensure the delivery of quality work supporting our digital objective and expand our impact.   8. Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns.  9. Provide direction and directives support staff in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving company initiatives.  Requirements:  1. Minimum 1 year of relevant work-experience  2. Proven capability of driving large scale customer acquisition through digital marketing  3. Hands-on expertise paid / organic traffic sources including SEM / Social / Other paid media  4. Exposure to tech-environment - should have experience in setting-up online marketing for a product company  5. High on analytical skills and derive actionable insights from a lot of data  6. Highly proficient product marketer with experience in digital marketing.  7. Role requires a strong understanding of effective marketing strategies across all major digital media channels, conversion funnel optimization with the goal of new customer acquisition and CRM to build brand loyalty.  8. Candidate must be metrics oriented, knowledgeable of vendors and products relevant to digital marketing and management, and aware of trends in digital media.
